Buying Process

01- Understand Your Finances

The first step is understanding your buying power and determining your price range. A reputable lender will review your income and credit history, providing a pre-approval letter that helps guide your home search and makes your offer more appealing to sellers. If you’re looking for a trusted lender, I’d be happy to connect you with some excellent options!

02- Work with the Right Agent

As your agent, I’ll guide you every step of the way. I’ll provide expert market insights, identify the best opportunities, and use my network to uncover off-market options. Once your finances are in order , we’ll meet to define your home goals and begin the exciting search for your dream home!

03- Make an Offer

When you find the perfect home, I’ll guide you in crafting a strong, competitive offer and handle negotiations on your behalf. Negotiations involve more than just the price—we’ll review all contract terms and strategize to use them to your advantage.  I’ll take care of every detail to ensure the process is seamless and stress-free for you!

04- Going Under Contract

Once you’re under contract, we’ll work through important contingencies like financing, a home inspection, and an appraisal to ensure everything meets your expectations.. I’ll handle the details and keep you informed every step of the way.

05- Getting Your Keys

It's closing day and time to get the keys to your new home!
